As their name suggests, Aural Mural aims to paint pictures in the minds of their audience with textured soundscapes. Combining their varied interests, their songs bring together Blues, Jazz, Neo-Soul, Carnatic, Pop and Rock music, with a strong emphasis on vocal melodies, harmony, and instrumental improvisation. Their live set includes re-imaginations of Classical Opera pieces, and some eclectic covers of offbeat music thrown in for good measure.
