Savio Joseph Mullen is an upcoming talent who is taking the Bangalore EDM scene by storm. He started his career at the age of 14 and began only playing at private parties for friends and now plays for crowed club parties. Savio always had a passion for music and has got influenced by artists such as Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and many more. Being a DJ for almost 4 years and now a certified producer from ILM academy. He is known for his unique style of mixing in his sets and bringing a wide variety of music and takes you on a journey every time he plays, from electro house to hip hop & trap and progressive to some rock and commercial. He has it all. His submission of his set for Sunburn on Air came in the top 5 spots. Savio is gaining recognition at a fast rate and has played for the hottest parties in Bangalore. With Bangalore being the Dance capital of India, He has made his appearances for the hottest party properties and events that take place like House Injection, Fuck you I’m famous, and solo gigs to name a few of the best parties that Bangalore has to offer.
He is currently signed to a new Artist management ‘KNYTron Artists’ owed By one of India’s finest Artists – ‘CryptoKNYT’ and has a few tracks that are going to get signed to labels soon. He is also featured on radio shows and did a guestmix for The Electronic Movement. An artist totally focused and puts in all his efforts into his DJing and production. All for the love of music. Unnayanaa (a.k.a Prashanth Pallemoni) strives to translate abstract ideas into a tangible and relatable format for a cross section of listeners. His unconventional approach to morphing sounds into one another using records along with his keen sense of interpreting sound defines his Djing style and music production.
His primary musical influences apart from Indian classical are African & electronic music with a collection that ranges from K.L. Saigal to Kraftwerk and Celia Cruz to Stockhausen. UNNAYANAA’s sound is a translation of these influences and what manifests from this is what he calls “Sonic Attunement”; he aims to connect with his audiences through this state.
