Allulli Trio - BFlat Bar

This performance presents music composed, arranged and played live by Allulli Trio (Italy). Saxophone player Marcello Allulli, pianist Giovanni Ceccarelli and drummer Matteo Fraboni form a Allulli Trio draws its music inspiration from jazz, Mediterranean soundscapes, free improvisation, and folk songs. The jazzy theatrical evening compromises of two parts : 1. A music prologue (Duration 20 minutes) to the film "Cenere". This film is considered as the most significant case of double convergence between literature and theater. Cenere has passed the concrete memory of Italy's greatest theatre actress, Eleonora Duse, thus assuring to this film an irreplaceable place in the history of Italian cinema. Moreover, it is among the most vivid, profound, and successful examples of a meeting between cinema and literature. 2. The live soundtrack (duration 40 minutes).
