Batwara - Parag Dubey - Day 2

Sunday 08:30 PM - Lahe Lahe · Indiranagar · Bangalore

The play Batwara is based on short stories by Saadat Hasan Manto, Munshi Premchand, and Parag Dubey. It's a collage of three beautiful stories, depicting the pain of the partition of India.

This play tells us three different stories of people facing the struggles of partition. An old man in search of his daughter, two brothers coming from Lahore to Amritsar leaving everything behind, a mad man from Lahore - the partition changed their lives forever, they all had the partition of their hearts.
