Dance workshop ( destress body and happy mind )
1. Introduction (10min.) - the introduction of people.what is dance and distress all about.how Dance is related to be happy.
2. Warm up exercise (10min.) - 5 warm up exercises to charge your body.
3. First dance segment (25min.) - dance with a Western song 'Hips don't lie'
4. Exercise for body flexibility (10min.)- 5 exercises
5.Break (5min.)
6. Second dance segment (25min.)- dance with a Bollywood song 'tumhi ho Bandhu'
7. Mudra (express yourself)(20min.)- body gesture which use to represent the specific event, object or activity.
A. Learn some mudra (hasya,karun,bhay,Katkamukha,aalapadmma etc)
B. Instrumental music (flute, birds chirping etc)- dance using all those mudras.
8. Happy hour (distress and happy in your way)(5min.)- a Bollywood mashup will play where people Dance in their own style.
9. Last segment (10min) - Some green tea should be served.people will relax n chit chat.
