Nikhita Gandhi is a composer/singer/ songwriter from Kolkata. She was a former student of A. R. Rahman`s K. M. College of Music and Technology and was auditioned by him for a commercial project titled `Qyuki` with Shekhar Kapur. She rose through fame by singing the song "Ladio" from Shankar`s film, I (2015), which was composed by A. R. Rahman. In 2018, he sung the songs of Aniket Chattopadhyay`s Bengali action comedy drama Hoichoi Unlimited, starring Dev Adhikari and Koushani Mukherjee in lead roles. Her 2018 release includes Kedarnath, directed by Abhishek Kapoor. She has worked in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, and Kannada film projects.
