Day 1

04:00 PM: Arrive at Andharban in the evening and check into the campsite
04:30 PM: Relax and explore the surrounding areas, Tent pitching, and allotment
05:00 PM: Evening High tea and snacks
06:00 PM: Return to the tents and rest
08:00 PM: Bonfire
09:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious dinner at the camping site
10:30 PM: After dinner, take a trail to spot fireflies in the nearby forest
11:00 PM: Reach the Firefly's spots and observe the mesmerizing display of Fireflies
11:30 PM: Briefing on fireflies and their habitat by a local guide
12:30 AM: Return to the campsite and spend the night in tents

Day 2

06:00 AM: Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise over the hills
07:00 AM: Go for a guided trail in the forest to explore the flora
07:30 AM: Reach the Kundalika Valley viewpoint and enjoy the panoramic view of the Sahyadri mountain range
08:30 AM: Spend the morning exploring the nearby village, interacting with locals, and trekking nearby
09:00 AM: Return to the base village & have breakfast and tea at the campsite
10:00 AM: Depart for Pune
01:00 PM: Reach Pune and bid adieu to your fellow trekkers.

Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.

People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
