Admission is subject to tickets produced at the entrance.
Outside food and alcohol isn’t permitted inside the venue.
Children Above 15 Yrs Need to Purchase Adult Ticket for admission.
No re-entry to the venue is permitted.
Tickets Once Sold are non refundable and non negotiable.
All Participants take complete responsibility of them self and their dependents .Organizers do not take responsibility for any claims for any incident caused directly or indirectly during the event.
All care has been taken to play holi with safe & non toxic colours,known to suit all skin conditions .we still insist you to a skin test before you use the colors.
Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is inappropriate and poses a threat to security of the event.
Organiser reserves the right to change the venue, cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances if required.
Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk & danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability. Organizer does not take responsibility for any claims.
You agree that the Venue has a zero tolerance policy for the use of illegal or illicit drugs and that illegal or illicit drug use will not be tolerated at the Venue

People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.

In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
