How to reach campsite ?

If you are not travelling with your own vehicle, then reach to Lonavala by public transport (Bus or Train) and from there you can hire a car/jeep to the particular campsite. This will cost you around 1200 rupees one-way and up to 10 people can come in one jeep. Jeep drivers contact number will be provided in confirmation email.

How is tent arrangement ?

You will get separate 2 person, 3 person or 4 person tents according to your choice and availability. You don’t have to share tent with unknown person. Foam mattresses, bed-sheet, pillow and blanket will be provided in the tent. (We don’t provide sleeping bags for hygiene purpose)

What is in food ?

Snacks : tea and pakoda

Veg-BBQ : marinated paneer with assorted veggies.

NonVeg-BBQ : marinated chicken with assorted veggies.

Veg-dinner : panner mutter,PotatoSabji, chapati, dal-tadka, jeera rice, salad Papad, Pickle,sweet (unlimited)

Nonveg-dinner : Egg Curry, chicken sukha,chapati, jeera rice, salad (unlimited)

Breakfast : tea,coffe,poha,,breed butter,Jam....

During Holi event there will be multiple food stalls ( this is not include in package )

Terms & Conditions:-

1. If you cancel the trip due to any valid reasons or it get cancelled due to government restrictions the booking amount won’t be refundable.

2. The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour, if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour.

3. Anyone having symptoms like cold, fever, breathing difficulties would not permitted to join the trek at any cost.

High Ape is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.
Please go through the details on the Event Details Tab and the Checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets, as the tickets which are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.
Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
