Management/Company will not be responsible for any kind of theft or loss at the event or from Parking Area
Guest have to co-operate with the management for the present government health & safety guidelines
Operating as per government norms, all necessary precautions and sanitization is taken care by Texas Tower
Dress Code – Smart Casuals (Strictly no Shorts/ flip flops), closed shoes compulsory for male guests
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied on online booking. Please check the total amount before payment
We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes’ prior at the venue for a seamless entry
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund
Age should be 21+ (Guest should not be allergic of any edibles or any sort of illness)

Seating arrangement will not be promised to anyone during this event
In-case of cancellation of the event due to Government norms or natural disaster 20% of paid amount & applicable taxes will be deducted as handling charges
