This is a wrist-band access event. In case wrist-bands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.
Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
Outside smokes, alcohol, food and any beverages are strictly not allowed inside the venue premises. One can buy alcohol from the bar counter.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
No guns or weapons allowed in the premises.
No pets allowed.
Consumption and sale of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Parking, Mobiles and valuables are at owner’s risk.
Management reserves the right to deny entry to an already drunken person or anyone imposing a threat.
One must be 18+ age in order to purchase alcohol. Id will be required.
No alcohol will be served to patrons under legal drinking age (LDA).
Once the tickets sold no refund policy.
Strict action will be taken against anyone who damages the property, creates any nuisances, abuses the staff/management, physical violence etc.
Sunny’s World may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.
Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.

Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
