Holi With Virsaa 2.0 - The Biggest Holi Festival.

1. Entry into main event area with ticket only, No exchange, No Resale of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable. Virsaa reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
2. Outside Smokes, Alcohol, Food and any beverages are strictly not allowed inside the venue premises. One can buy alcohol from bar counter.

3. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
4. Virsaa may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
5. Virsaa & The Westin reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
6. Virsaa / The Westin may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to
adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
7.  Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by Trustfort.
8. One must be 18+ age in order to purchase alcohol. ID will be required.
9. No alcohol will be served to patrons under legal drinking age (LDA). Alcohol will only be served on display of a valid Government Issued ID proof.
10. This is a wrist-band access event. In case wrist-bands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.
11. Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
12. A ticket shall not be a valid ticket if the barcode or hologram has been tampered with.
13. Consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
14. Virsaa reserve the right to prohibit professional cameras, recording equipment, and computer tablets during the event unless permitted by the organizer.
15. Water Sprinklers are subject to permission.
