Yep. You heard it right, All the way up in Munnar, Celebrate this new year with your loved ones.
A Limited Entry Camping party but packed with full on fun!
Live band performances, Buffet dinner & Unlimited BBQ, you are in for a tummylicious New-year celebration. Get cosy around the campfire and dance into the night. As it ticks 12’ celebrate alongside your fellow campers.
Wake up for a beautiful sunrise with clouds filling up the valley. A celebration of how good we all come together at a secluded place with mind blowing fun.

Day 1
05:00 pm: Reach Campsite by your own travel (bike/car)
05:30 pm: Evening snacks and hot tea will be served once you freshen-up. One has to carry bags and belongings to the tents pitched at the campground. Once you settled down, take a stroll around and enjoy nature. one can just relax & unwind.
After the sunset, one can feel the cold breeze that lurks in from the Valley below. And that’s the best time for campfire & ghost stories.
07:00 pm: Let the gig begin – Solo Performance by Ashish Ramesh (Lead Guitarist & Vocalist ‘The Ugly Old Men’).
08:30 pm: Delicious Buffet dinner (Veg/Non-Veg) will be ready at dining area. Guess what the BBQ is UNLIMITED! Dig in till you are stuffed.
Meanwhile enjoy the music & dance around
10:00 Dinner counter will be closed
Now it’s time for you to showcase your talents as a singer and dancer.
11:00 Silence sets in and it will be too cold that one will find comfort around the campfire or hug your loved ones instead.

Day 2
06:30 am: a Wakeup call
Those who opt for an Awesome Sunrise trek will be woken up by 5:30 and will be taking a jeep to the Famous Kolukkumalai Sunrise point (40 Minutes Ride) ( Comes at addition cost payable at the campsite.
07:00 am: Sunrise View from the campsite
08:00 am: Morning Tea is must if it’s a chilled morning
09:00 am: Hot Traditional Kerala breakfast will be waiting for you
10:00 am: Bye. With a surprise goodie bag from campper and With a load of memories and pictures of one awesome new year’s eve and a promise to be back next year at a totally different location.

Do not carry valuables or items like jewellery, laptops or any other things. Management & Campsite is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage of your belongings.
Do not smoke or light any items inside the tent as it may cause fire in the tent. Please Remove your footwear outside the tent and keep tent neat & tidy. Weapons or any inflammable things are not allowed in the premises or in the tent.
If any damages are caused to the campsite, tent or bedding, camper/ guest will be responsible for the damage and will have to pay the charges for the same. All guests must follow the camping rules.
What does exclusive family means?
-Only families are allowed and the total intake is limited to just 8 families
Is the campsite safe for children?
-It’s a fully fenced & private campsite.
Is washroom and changing facility available?
- Yes we have a total of 4 Bathrooms & Showering Space with hot water in the campsite
What is unlimited BBQ
- Unlimited chicken BBQ will be served through the event till dinner desk is closed.
What if I am a vegetarian?
-We are providing Veg BBQ & Veg Buffet as dinner as well.
How will be the stay facility?
- Stay will be in Tent (sharing of 3-4 basis) along with bedding, blanket and pillow.

1. Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.
2. Confirmation SMS will not be considered as a valid ticket.
3. High Ape is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
4. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
5. Being only a ticketing portal, HighApe does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.
6. Please go through the details on the Event Details Tab and the Checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets, as the tickets which are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.
7. Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.
8. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
10. Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
11. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by HighApe and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
12. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
13. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
14. HighApe cannot hold/change the prices of the tickets at its own discretion, as the same are regulated directly by the supplier (venue/organizer).
15. Tickets once successfully purchased for an event listed on HighApe cannot be cancelled, and that amount will not be refunded. HighApe does not support cancellation of registration/ticket purchase on the website/App right now.
16. Booking tickets does not guarantee a table at the venue, as they will be subject to availability.
17. Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
