Last night, First Day Camping on the beautiful Beach.
Celebrating the last night and the first day of the New Year Eve far on a beach gazing at the stars up in the sky, cold breeze touching your cheeks, peace in mind, playing jokes around, singing around the bonfire, etc.Isn’t this wonderful! We call out to everyone who is looking for a unique way rather than hanging out at a disc or pub this New Year Eve. Best suited for groups, solo campers, corporates, couples, families.

About the place:
Revdanda beach is a clean, deserted and peaceful beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and camping. The clear water and pristine sand of the beach set the perfect mood for relaxation. And if in case you feel like doing more, then you can have fun with some water sports, play beach volleyball or frisbee. In the night, you can see the starry sky, light up a bonfire and just chill out with your fellow campers.

Accommodation:
• Tent pitched on the beach itself.
• Tents will have mattresses, bedsheets and blanket.
• Camp lights will be given too.

Note:
The location has proper built washrooms.

Itinerary:

DAY 01
• Option 1:( Only to those who have booked with Transportation)
• Meeting Point: Pritam Hotel(Dadar)
• Meeting Time: 11:30 am: (only for the participants who have registered with transportation tickets.)
• 12:15 pm: we get into our private vehicle and begin the journey towards the campsite. (Travel games would bond people together.)
• 03:30 pm: we get to hear the waves as we get the first glance of the campsite and the beach.
• Option 2:( People who have booked without transportation)
• 04:00 pm: Reach the campsite.
• 04:30 pm: Garma garam nasta time.
• 05:00 pm: Icebreaker round. Settle down and enjoy the sun setting from the Campsite. The place is all- time best for nature photography. You may enjoy indoor games such as carrom, badminton, volleyball or one can just relax and unwind on hammocks until sunset
• 07:00 pm: Rock - &- Roll. (Beat pe booty time. Get your feet moving as the DJ sets the beat)
• 08:00 pm: Fill in your tummies with the hot starters rolling around.
• 10:00 pm: Appetizing Dinner will be ready.
• 11:59 pm: What are you waiting for? Get ready with your gang to celebrate the new year.
• 12:00 am: Bingo!!! Fire Crackers bursting in the open sky as we wish each other the happiest & a prosperous new year.
• 12:15 am: The Gig Gang willtake charge to please you all with their soulful songs.
• 01:30 am: Settle down for the movie screening.
• 3:30 am: Get into the tents or just sit around the bonfire with your gang.
• End of the day.

DAY 02:
• 09:00 am: wakey wake up!! It’s time to take a walk on the beach till be set a healthy breakfast for you.
• 10:00am: Grab the breakfast.
• Chai chai garam chai time.
• 11:00 am: the saddest part would be leaving the campsite and the beach behind. But we take back the memories created and captured.
• 03:00 pm: Reach back to the pickup point. Time for a healthy- wealthy GOODBYE. (only for
participants with transportation tickets.)

Terms and conditions:
• Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
• Team reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:
• 100% amount to be paid in advance to book the trip.
• If the booking is cancelled 3 days before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• No show = No refund.

Covid-19 Precautions

• Mask and maintaining social distance with others are mandatory throughout the trip.
• Buses will be fully sanitized before the use & only 50% Seats will be occupied.
• Carrying your own sanitizers, gloves, face shield and mask is compulsory.
• Food will be freshly cooked and packed as per WHO guidelines.

People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
