Day 1 :- Saturday
12.10 pm :- Catch the NAGARCOIL EXP (16351) From CST
12.17 pm :- Catch the Same Train from Dadar
12.42 pm :- Catch the Same Train from Thane
01.05 pm :- Catch the Same Train from Kalyan
02.40 pm :- Reach Lonavala Station
02.50 pm :- Meet the Team at Lonavala Station
03.00 Pm :- Start the Jeep Ride to Campsite
04.30 Pm :- Reach the Campsite & Get Freshen Up
05.00 Pm :- Tent Allocation Activity will be done followed by small introduction Round.
05.30 pm :- Evening Hi Tea and Snacks will be provided.
06.00 pm -06.30 pm :- Enjoy the Beauty of the Lake
07.30 Pm :- BBQ will be Served
08.00 Pm :- Music Session will be there
09.00 Pm :- Bonfire
10.00 Pm :- Dinner Will be served.
10.30 pm :- Antakshri, Games, Ghost Stories, Dum Sheras & Lots of Masti.
End the day nearby a natural lake under the open sky & Enjoy sleeping in Tent. ( Foam mattress will be provided )

08.00 Am - 09.00 Am :- Breakfast Time
09.00 Am -11.00 Am :- Enjoy the Outdoors Games ( Volleyball, Cricket, etc)

Cost of the Camping :-
Rs. 1300/- Per Person ( Reach the Campsite by your own ) Location will be shared after registration is done.
Rs. 1600/- Per Person ( Transportation from Lonavala to Lonavala)

Payment once done is non refundable.
Trek Leader Decision will be final. No argument will be entrainted.
Trek India reserved the right to change/deviate/cancel the plan without any prior notice.
Participants Safety is the prime concern for us and will not compromise for the same.
Registration Form should be fill up after the Payment is done, so we will have the emergency contact database.
Trek India is not Responsible for any baggage or personal belonging loss/damage and participant are responsible for the same.
Treks/Hiking/Camps/Event are planned on the general information of the weather.
Participants are requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose it off in dustbins.
If the Trek/Hiking/Camp participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any other participant in a group or causes damage to the property of the company; he/ she will be asked to leave the event immediately.
A proper trekking/sports shoes having a good grip will be preferable.
Participants Safety is the prime concern for us and will not compromise for the same.

Any Kind of Insurance is not included in the Event Charges.
An adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. In case of occurrence of any natural calamities, if event is cancelled, in such circumstances no refund will be provided. However, in some special cases we may proceed with the refunds after deducting the advance payments which we already made to our tie-ups along with some convenience fees.
Avoid Wearing Jewellery or Ornaments during the trip.
Consumption of Alchool or any kind of intoxic is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy :-

Once the payment is done it is non refundable.
If cancellation is done 21 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose any other event to come on within the period of 1 month (30 days) or 90% will be refund.
