Please find below the itinerary for Rajmachi Camping Trekking, along with inclusions and exclusions.

(SATURDAY-SUNDAY)
• Board the train at 12:10 PM from CST (16339 NAGARCOIL EXPRESS which halts at Dadar, Thane, Kalyan, Karjat, and Lonavala) get down at Lonavala by 15:30. Kindly check M-Indicator for further details.
• Have lunch at LONAVALA station.

• Transport vehicle will be waiting at the station which will drop us to the closest accessible point by vehicle. Start walking to the trek point which is approx 4 Kms.
• Night Stay in the camp. Dinner, bonfire at the same place.

•Morning breakfast will be done at the local house.

• Reach the top and explore the fort.

• Descent the trek and from the other route.
You will be picked up by the transport vehicle and taken to Karjat station.(the train from Karjat-CST will be decided at that point in time, depending upon the time we reach the station)

Inclusions:

• Pick up and Drop from Lonavala to the start point and back to Karjat Station(10 seater Sumo).

• One night stay at the campsite.

• Dinner on Day 1.

• Breakfast on Day 2.

Exclusions.

• Water bottle.

• Lunch on day 1.

• Snacks.

List of Essentials:

• Extra pair of T-shirts.

• Extra pair of trousers / Track Pants.

• Comfortable Trekking/Hiking shoes.(shoes with a thick sole are recommended)

• Blanket.

• Towel.

• Torch or Flashlight.

• Medicines, if requiring any specific medication.

• Camera.

• Personal toiletries.

• Snacks.

9. Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.

10. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.

11. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.

12. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.

13. Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
