Unlike other camping places near Mumbai, The Campsite is a very Special place at Bhandardara Hill Station is a pristine water reservoir and also a famous gateway near Igatpuri. The shining blue-green water of Arthur Lake and the surrounding mountains makes for a great treat to the eyes. And when the Sun dips low, enjoy the view of millions of the stars in the endless sky as you doze into a cozy yet comfortable slumber. Authentic village meal, live music and DJ till welcoming new year.and who wouldnt want to wake up to the chirping of birds in the bright morning sky right before sunrise. So What Are You Waiting For?Our Campsite is totally private also located in Lakefront back water of Arthur lake, nested in Pabhargad, Ghanchakkar, Bhairavgad, Gavlideo mountain ranges mesmerizing surrounding view.
Person/Group who cannot able to catch above train can reach us post booking confirmation, we will arrange separate travel from Kasara afterward 19.30pm same day.
Day-1 20th March 2019
18:15 Common meeting point at Kasara station ticket counter (Find Offbeat Wanderers Team near Ticket counter or will share separate numbers post confirmation)
Catch Jeep in route halt for washroom (strict 15mins only)
21:00 Reach Campsite have welcome drink, Registration and tent allotment, settle down.
21:30pm to 22:00 Dinner time
22:45 Holika Dahan followed by Adivasi Mythology, folk dance.
Guitarist performance till 01.00am.

Day-2 21st March 2019
Next Day Wake-up call sharp by 07.00am
Quick fresh and have bf/tea
EDM with colors party will start sharp 08:00am till 11:00
Artificial Rain shower will be live in every 15/30mins intervals
Same time adventure activities will be carried out. (Flying Fox 350ft & Valley Crossing 180ft)
11:30am DJ play will stop, Finale call outs rain shower followed by Tea and Snacks (Bhaji / Pakode / Bread pattis)
Refresh yourselves. Cloth changing tent available
Check out from campsite from afternoon 12.00hrs to 13.00hrs
Reach Kasara tentative by 15:00pm, catch respective Train
Tour end with memories.
Note:
Only organic colors are allowed carried in, other colors Strictly prohibited.
Its outdoor camping, not leisure tour prepare for the same.
If anyone found disturbing others privacy He/She will be discarded from campsite immediately.
If anyone found consume alcohol and disturbing event He/She will be Discarded from event.
Wanderers who choose travel with us go through itinerary and be ready on time as others may not suffer due to delay.

5. Welcome drink- Yes village special welcome drink.
6. Kids allowed or not. If yes, charges: Yes Kids below 7 no charges above 7 to 12yrs half and above 12 count as adult.
7. Rain dance / Pool Access : Yes (Rain dance is there) No pool user can swim in lake with mandate life jacket.

1. Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.
2. High Ape is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
3. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
4. Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.

8. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
9. Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
10. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
11. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
12. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
13. Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
