About Bhandardara

Bhandardara is famous for its natural scenic beauty and surrounded by beautiful mountains and people can enjoy with respective groups without any fear in mind. One can seat beside lake and witness natures beauty with breezy air flow.

We provide homemade food which local secret spice which will rejuvenate your taste bud.

Camping offers peace, and relaxing atmosphere. Its helps to get close to nature and much needed break from hectic routines, excel, ppts and targets.

Sound of chirping birds in evening and calm water rippling is beauty of lakeside camping. Trust me ambience is breathtaking and relaxing to rejuvenate. Star gazing and watching star constellation is another attraction where if u are lucky then can witnessed shooting stars too.

Best suited for groups, solo campers, corporate, couples, families and pets.

Detailed Itinerary :

We will be starting with the CST – Kasara Local (Time table given below)

People may board the same train from their convenient station and meet us directly at the kasara station .(Get into second boggy from Cst side)

Day – 1 (Saturday)

12.33 pm :- Catch the local for Kasara
02.50 pm :- Reach Kasara Station & Meet the team member.
03.00pm : Jeep Ride to Bhandardara (Camping Site).
05.30pm : Reach Camping Site.
06.00 pm :- Get Freshen Up & Have Evening Refreshment.
08.00 pm :- BBQ will be served.
09:30 pm : Dinner
10:30 pm : Campfire,
Antakshri, Games, Ghost Stories, Dum Sheras & Lots of Masti.
End the day nearby a natural lake under the open sky & Enjoy sleeping in Tent. ( Foam mattress will be provided )

Day – 2 (Sunday)

07:00 AM - Wake Up Call.
08:00 AM -Breakfast
09.00 AM - Boating in Lake.
10.30- Move towards Kasara
12.30 PM - Reach Kasara Station.
3:00 PM - Reach Mumbai (Tentative).

Cost Per Person :- Rs. 1600/- ( With Transportation from Kasara to Kasara)
Cost Per Person :- Rs. 1300/- ( Reach the Campsite by your own) Location will be shared after registration is done.

•Carry Woolen Clothes as the temperature decrease in the night.
•Medicine those u require usually.
•Pleases do not carry sling bags or Jholas.
•Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.
•Sunscreen Sunglasses

Terms & Conditions

Payment once done is non refundable.
Trek Leader Decision will be final. No argument will be entrainted.
Trek India reserved the right to change/deviate/cancel the plan without any prior notice.
Participants Safety is the prime concern for us and will not compromise for the same.
Registration Form should be fill up after the Payment is done, so we will have the emergency contact database.
Trek India is not Responsible for any baggage or personal belonging loss/damage and participant are responsible for the same.
Treks/Hiking/Camps/Event are planned on the general information of the weather.
Participants are requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose it off in dustbins.
If the Trek/Hiking/Camp participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any other participant in a group or causes damage to the property of the company; he/ she will be asked to leave the event immediately.
A proper trekking/sports shoes having a good grip will be preferable.
Participants Safety is the prime concern for us and will not compromise for the same.

Any Kind of Insurance is not included in the Event Charges.
An adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. In case of occurrence of any natural calamities, if event is cancelled, in such circumstances no refund will be provided. However, in some special cases we may proceed with the refunds after deducting the advance payments which we already made to our tie-ups along with some convenience fees.
Avoid Wearing Jewellery or Ornaments during the trip.
Consumption of Alchool or any kind of intoxic is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy :-

Once the payment is done it is non refundable.
If cancellation is done 21 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose any other event to come on within the period of 1 month (30 days) or 90% will be refund.
