Itinerary

09:00 PM – Arrive at our serene lakeside campsite and unwind in the tranquil surroundings
09:15 PM – Freshen up and attend a short safety briefing by our trek leaders
09:30 PM – Begin the guided walk into the magical Bhandardara forest trail
09:50 PM – Spot the first flickers of fireflies as the forest begins to glow
10:00 PM – Reach the firefly hotspot — witness thousands of glowing fireflies lighting up the trees
10:20 PM – Explore deeper into the trail, observe firefly behavior, and enjoy the peaceful silence
10:45 PM – Pause at a jungle clearing for quiet reflection, stories, and nature trivia
11:30 PM – Chill under the starlit sky and soak in the moment
01:00 AM – Return to the campsite for hot Maggi and tea by the campfire
02:00 AM – Depart with glowing memories and a heart full of wonder

Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
