ITINERARY
Pick up : Grand Mama's Cafe, Kotak ATM near Dadar-E station at 06:00 am
Meeting Point (Those travelling by own vehicle need to reach Virar Phata before 07.30 am and follow our vehicle till base.
08:30 Am - Breakfast at base.
09:00 AM -Start the Trek
11:00 AM - Reach at Top of Fort and explore the historic place
01:00 PM - Start descending
03:00 PM:- Reach base and have lunch
04:00 PM:- Start return journey towards Mumbai

Those coming by own vehicle need to reach at the meeting point Virar Phata, before 7.30am

06:00 am : Dadar East - Grand Mama's Cafe
06:15 am : Bandra - Kala Nagar WEH Bus Stop
06:25 am : Andheri - WEH Metro Station Bus Stop
06:35 am : Goregaon - Pathanwadi Oberoi Mall
06:50 am : Borivli - Omkareshwar temple / National park bus stop. Borivli
07:05 am : Miraroad Kashimara Police Chowki,
07:10 am : Ghodbundar (Fountain Hotel- Suitable for people coming from THANE)
07:30 am : Virar Phata - Those coming by own vehicle need to meet here and follow us to the destination. Further 1 hour jurney from virar phata.
Note : We will be creating WhatsApp group for pickup and meeting point coordination 3 hrs prior to event date and time. Exact GPS locations will be shared in the group along with live location of the bus

Things to carry:
Identity proof.
Face Mask or Face Shield, and sanitiser
Good and reliable trekking shoes and extra pair of floaters.
Extra pair of clothes.
Water (min 2 Ltrs) Compulsory.
Rain gear windcheater / raincoat / poncho.
Keep your phone fully charged.
Some ready to eat food like biscuits, plum cake etc to keep your tummy happy.
Medicines (if you need any), Glucon D / Electrol / Enerzyl Powder (We will have a basic first aid kit with us).
Haversack to put all your things. Your hands need to be free while trekking.
Caution:
Wear full clothes and do not use deodorant or perfume.
Do not carry - Jholas / sling bag / Trolley bag (This is a trek, not picnic or tour )
Avoid wearing jewelry.
Please wear reliable shoes. Do not wear sandal, floater, chappal or ballerinas.
Consumption of alcohol or any narcotic substance is strictly prohibited.
If you do not reach meeting point or pickup point on time you will be considered drop-out and no refund will be provided in such case.
Cancellations done 72 hours prior to event date and time will not be eligible for any refund.
Every member of the group (participants/leaders/ clients & staff) has to wear protective mask/face shield while talking to each other.
The bus (if opted as transport) will be completely sanitised before picking up participants.
Every participant is instructed to keep safe distance from other participants right from start till the end of the event.
Every participant has to carry a sanitiser sprey bottle while coming for the event and use it regularly.
Do not share food/snacks you bring along. (we will miss this fun- Dabba Party)
Carry additional unused mask as backup.
It should be ascertained from the participants that they are not residing / have not traveled in a containment zone and have not come in contact with any person who was tested positive in last 14 days.
Ascertain whether any participant has any symptoms of Influenza like illness (ILI) like fever, dry cough, weakness, severe body ache etc. at the time of beginning of activity. If it is so then he/she should be asked not to participate activity and be evacuated on medical grounds and should be asked to report to local health authority with his own expenses.
Strictly avoid eating gutkha, pan masala, cigarette or sniffing which induces spitting, coughing or sneezing.
Avoid touching external surfaces and touching your face when in outdoors.
If the location of your adventure activity is crowded then be prepared to leave or wait for the crowd to disperse/for your turn.
It is mandatory that a participant informs the organizers if he tests positive for Covid within 14 days of returning from adventure activity. It will help the organizers to inform and alert all other persons in the group, so that they can follow the medical/government norms in this regard. Here it is absolutely essential that the participant observes transparency and informs the organizers/group leaders about his Covid test results.
