New Year Trip to Himachal from 28th Dec 17 to 06th Jan 18
Chandigarh – Manali – Dalhousie(Khajjiar) - Amritsar
Interesting Places to be Covered:
1st Day:
Pack your Bags and get ready for your journey with some likeminded people. Departure will be from Bandra Terminus, Mumbai.
PS: anyone from part of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, and Pune
can join us.
2nd Day:
Reach Chandigarh by Evening. Take a walk on Chandigarh street if time permits we will go to PINJORE GARDEN (It was built in the foothills of Himalayas as one of Mughals gardens summer retreat for the Aurangzeb) Night stay in Chandigarh.
Meal: Dinner
3rd Day:
Today We will explore the beauty of Chandigarh NEK CHANDS ROCK GARDEN and ROSE GARDEN. Then proceeds to SUKHNA LAKE for Boating and Sunset View, Free time for
shopping. Dinner on the way at dhaba. Night journey towards Manali.

4th Day:
Reach Manali by 12.00 PM. Go for a walk at Mall road which is famous for shopping and Delicious food. Take autoriksha for HIDIMBA TEMPLE. Back to hotel enjoy a Bonfire, Live individual DJ at your Hotel, New Year celebration, Gala Dinner and some games in Manali. Night stay in Manali.

5th Day:
Today we will spot some Highest peak of Manali ROHTANG PASS and SOLANG VALLEY. Rohtang pass is the High Mountain pass on the eastern pir panjal range of Himalayas around 51KM from Manali (Cable Car Ropeway, Amateur Skiing, Snow- Scooter, Zorbing, Horse Ride). Leisure in Hotel in the evening. Night stay at the hotel.

6th Day:
Check out from the hotel at 9.00 AM. Departure for DALHOUSIE. Enroute Experience RIVER RAFTING. Reach Dalhousie by 8.00 PM Night stay.

7th Day:
After breakfast visit to KHAJJIAR. Khajjiar sits on a small plateau with a small stream-fed lake in the middle that has been covered over with weeds. The hill station is surrounded by meadows and forests. At evening visit to Dalhousie Market famous for shopping. Night stay in Dalhousie.

8th Day:
Today’s Schedule is tight so we will start our journey towards Amritsar by 07.00 AM it's approx. 4Hr journey to Amritsar. Start the city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important Sikh shrine also known as Harimandir Sahib and Darbar Sahib. Then visit Jallianwala. In evening visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony-Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak
border 30 Kms from Amritsar.

9th Day:
Check out from the hotel and Drive towards Amritsar Station. Just 5 Min away from Hotel.

10th Day:

Please Read This Condition Carefully:
1. A Tour is an exciting opportunity whether you are a frequent traveler or venturing from home for the first time. Tours provide people with a chance to explore new faces and places. Because of these experiences and for your safety, Backpacker Tours has set some important rules and guidelines to make your trip more pleasurable. Adhering to these regulations will not only enhance the enjoyment of your trip but also ensure the safety of all other fellow passengers.
2. All Passenger Have to reach the Railway station at least 1 Hour before Departure Time. Train Meal is excluded. Valid Government ID needs to be carried on the time of train journey if Not, a penalty will be charged as per government rules.
3. Train Reservation and Seat Allotment is done by Indian Railway itself. The travel agency is not Responsible for seat allotment.
4. Anything not mentioned in inclusion will be Charged as per standard Rate. Entry fees to any park, museum, are excluded. Lunch is excluded as the group will be on Sightseeing at afternoon. You can have local food as per your interest, Heater charges will be
extra in Hotel if you want.
5. Bus Etiquette: Your AC motor coach will be your transportation for the duration of the tour. This can be VOLVO / Scania / or another brand. Buses must be kept in an immaculate condition. All garbage shall be disposed of in proper receptacles. Bus drivers have the important task of maintaining the safety of passengers. Noise should be kept to a minimum so that your bus driver is not distracted. Walking on the bus should be minimal and headphones must be used to avoid disturbing others. You will be held responsible for any and all damage you cause to the motor coach.
6. Hotel: Hotel Check-in & Check-out Subjected to the terms & conditions of the hotel Management. Your hotel room is your home away from home, so treat it with respect. Keep your belongings in a designated space away from the property of others. Pay-Per- View movie channels may not be purchased. All hotel room telephones will be shut-off to outgoing calls. Playing or running in the hallways and the slamming of doors is intolerable. Be mindful of noise in hotels, especially at night while other guests are trying to sleep you will be held responsible for any and all damage you cause to hotel establishment during occupancy.
7. Lost or Stolen Items: You are responsible for your own belongings. Keep all valuables and money with you at all times. Report any missing items directly to the Escort Immediately the facility in which you think the item was lost or stolen.
8. Groups: No one may go anywhere alone for any reason whatsoever! You must remain in groups of at least three or four people. It is crucial that groups stay together at all times. It is of the utmost importance that your Group Leader knows where you are. Remember that you are part of a group. It is highly improper to keep others waiting so always be on time for scheduled activities and departures.
9. Emergency: Always carry Backpacker Tours “Emergency Contact Details” which will be distributed at the beginning of the tour. This detail provides the telephone numbers of people and places which will assist you in the event if you are lost or separated from the group.
10. Curfew: All travelers are required to be in their hotel rooms at a time designated by the tour director. Any Extra Night mention in the itinerary.
11. Motor Vehicles: It is not permissible for any tour participant to use any type of motorized vehicle including (but not limited to) motorcycle, jet skis, taxi, private automobile or other vehicles during the tour other than the motorcoach provided for the group. And if using then look after the cost and other expenses wholly by themselves.
12. Contraband: Any traveler possessing or using an alcoholic beverage, controlled substance, or weapon, will be not tolerated.
13. Civility: Exercise the same courtesy to others that you expect in return. Continuously be mindful of your safety and welfare throughout the tour and use exceptional judgment at all times. Remember that you are being watched carefully at all times. You are responsible for your belongings and your behavior.

1. People between 14 - 30 years of age are allowed to attend this trip. Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.
2. Confirmation SMS will not be considered as a valid ticket.
3. High Ape is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
4. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
5. Being only a ticketing portal, HighApe does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.
6. Please go through the details on the Event Details Tab and the Checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets, as the tickets which are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.
7. Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.
8. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
10. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by HighApe and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
11. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
12. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
13. Booking tickets does not guarantee a table at the venue, as they will be subject to availability.
14. Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
