X Mangalsutra A Non Linear Play

The play is a collage of multiple dramatic enactments taking place before attending a marriage party. Each character is his solo performance talks of ones inner conflicts of preparing for a marriage party and talks of ones nostalgia about his individual life. In this play, multiple characters appear in solo performances and portray multiple characters who are supposed to attend a marriage party but are challenged with the inner conflict of one's nostalgia. The play is aimed at to unveil their character of each individual who apparently is supposed to attend a marriage party to share the happy moments but basically join such events to express their own inner conflict and satisfy their unfulfilled dreams, show their own egos, and expose the reality of such socio-cultural events.
