A Social Worker, an Industrialist, a Politician, and an Entrepreneur, Mr.Bompally Manohar Rao is a remarkable man. To talk about happiness and the journey to peace, Common sense talks is proud to present Mr.Manohar Rao.

He managed a voluntary organization – NAVA JYOTHI – as founder Director since 1976, contributed the following intending to work towards the empowerment of youth, women, and the aged.

As a Politician, he worked as Serpanch of Kasulabad Village and joined in TRS Party. In 2003 along with 15,000 women - participated actively in the Telangana movement as District General secretary, organized village level campaigns to activate the change.

He went on to join Congress Party and was appointed as party in-charge for Dommat (Dubbak) Constituency in June 2008 and helped in strengthening the party in all villages.

He received various awards for his bravery, service, and inspiration, like the Best Social Worker Award in 2000 from the then Honorable Education Minister Sri Karanam Ramchander Rao to the most prestigious award – the ‘Melvin Jones Fellow’ Award in 2008 for the work carried out as district chairman.

Through this session, he will be taking us through his life and the pursuit of happiness.
