The above offer is valid for 31^st December 2017 only. It is non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for cash or presented in lieu of payment for another reservation. Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.
Beverages and food menu are for indicative purpose only; the exact menu on event day may differ and is subject to availability.
In case of any room package booking, you can select ANY 1 of the 4 events happening inside the hotel and you will be having access ONLY to that particular event. For making the selection, you will be getting a call from the hotel with 48 hrs post booking the ticket.
No price refunds will be entertained on tickets once sold. The tickets costs are non-refundable even in case of event getting cancelled due to a natural calamity.
Couple tickets are valid for male and female partner and children below 5 years of age. 2 gentlemen will not constitute a couple; similarly two ladies will not constitute a couple.
Hotel Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises for any unsocial behavior causing inconvenience to other guests. Hotel Management reserves at all times a right to frisk its guests keeping the security requirements in mind.
The guests are requested to have the entry bands at all times once entry is granted within the premises. If band is tampered with Hotel Management reserves the right to ask the guest/s to leave the premises.
Any damages caused by guests to the property or material of Sheraton Grand Bangalore or High Ultra Lounge will have to settled by the guest/s and paid immediately.
Parents are responsible for the children accompanying them.
Hotel or its management is not responsible for any guest valuables lost within the premises of hotel or high.
Entry will be strictly allowed against the valid ticket. The onus to keep the ticket secured will lie with the guest/ticket booker.
Carrying original valid Government identity card is mandatory for entry.
Timings:
- Entry starts from 07:00 PM onwards
- Party starts from 08:00 PM onwards
- Party will end at 01:00 AM (Subject to change as per government notification).
All entry for group bookings / tickets shall be allowed in one go / together.
Outside liquors, cigarettes, food and beverages, dubious bottles, illegal substances, weapons or any item considered inappropriate by the hotel management will not be allowed within the premises or at the venue.
The table in case of platinum and gold package will be allotted on first come first basis. Please reach out to venue to confirm your respective seats immediately on booking of tickets. The seats will be allotted on first come-first serve basis. The hotel management reserves the right to amend seating considering the overall allocations.
The guests should also note that in case the seats are not pre-booked there could be a possibility of two or more guests sharing a larger table. For more, refer to the seating arrangement on the Event Details tab;
Guest above legal age of drinking will only be served liquor.
Any special arrangements needs to be communicated 72 hours prior to the venue and is subject to availability and is at the venue’s discretion.
Limited parking on a first come first serve basis is available within hotel premises. Parking of the vehicle will be at vehicle owner’s risk at all times. Valet services would be available for parking. Please retain valet tags for retrieval of vehicles. Alternate paid parking arrangements would also be made available which the guest will have to pay and use once hotel parking is full.
House rules will be applicable on all and need to be followed at all times when the guest is within the premises.
Smoking permitted only at designated places. Please reach out to hotel associate for assistance. Not abiding to smoking rules may attract penalty and also dismissal from the venue. People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
Confirmation SMS will not be considered as a valid ticket, as email pass is mandatory.
Guest/s with kids needs to fill indemnity from at the hotel.
Kids will not be allowed at High Ultra Lounge and Banquets
Kids aged between 5-15 YRS will be charged INR 1000 at the venue for entry into kids area without any seating.
Kids aged between 5 YRS to 15 YRS will be charged 2500+ taxes at the venue for having seating at the party zone.
No discount will be applicable on the kid’s rate.
Entry for Alfresco by Bene will be 18 YRS and above.
High Ape or hotel management is not responsible for any injury or damage to guest or guest property while attending the event. Similarly any injury or damages suffered while reaching the venue or exiting the venue is to be borne by the guest himself / themselves and High Ape or hotel management will not make good any such loss.
Being only a ticketing portal, HighApe does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the venue may be searched and asked to leave the venue / premises / hotel immediately.
