This is a 24 hour day and night course. The course will be conducted by expert veterans from the Army who will mentor you at every step during the course. Your safety is of paramount importance and it is expected that you adhere to the instructions given by our mentors.
You can call this a crash course on wilderness survival. You will learn to live off the land. You will learn raw skills to create basic necessities for your life in the first half of the day. Primarily you will be taught skills to make fire, food, water, and shelter. You will be taught how to make and use a knife and some skills with ropes. This includes knowledge of knots and lashing. As also making your own cordage with the help of natural materials. Later in the day, you will learn about fire types and different techniques to make fire. We will also guide you to wilderness foraging and you may cook and eat what you foraged too. We will then expose you to different methods of wilderness cooking. You will cook your own meal and we will supplement it with pre-cooked dinner too. The evening is devoted to spot situations and clearing your doubts about survival in the wilderness, You also learn tracking skills and may take part in team games designed to give you practice in wilderness survival. You will learn navigation by stars at night followed by a dinner and bonfire.
Night poses different challenges when you are in a survival situation. We will condition you to handle challenges effectively.
