Rajmachi Trekking & Camping
It is one of the many historical forts in the rugged hills of sahyadri mountains of the western ghats.It consists of two twin fortresses 'Shriwardhan Balekilla' and 'Manaranjan Balekilla' with a wide machi(plateau) surrounding the two.Udhewadi is a small village of about 22 houses situated on the machi,at the southern foot of Manaranjan Balekilla of Rajmachi fort.
Karla Caves
It is a complex of ancient Buddhist Indian rock-cut caves.The shrines were developed over the period from 2nd century BC to the 5th century.The oldest of the cave shrines is believed to date back to 160 BCE,having arisen near a major ancient trade route, running eastward from the Arabian sea into the Deccan.
Kataldhar Waterfall rappelling
'Katal' means Rock and 'Dhar' means Waterfall.Rappeling from the top of Kataldhar waterfall for around 350 feet with a overhang of more than 100 feet.Once you reach the valley you will be surprised by the gigantic waterfall.Get ready to climb through the forest.
Kolad Rafting
Kundalika is located in the virgin forests below Mulshi and Bhira dams.A one and a half hour run down of a 14km exciting stretch with grade 2 and grade 3 rapids promises to give an exciting,wild and fun run to all rafters.
Sudhgad Trek
Sudhagad,also known as Bhorapgad, is a small hill fort named after the Goddess Bhoraidevi.It was named as Sudhagad after the Marathas conquered it from the Bhamani dynasty.
Rajgad Trek
Rajgad Fort lies 4514ft above the sea level.The fort's ruins consist of palaces,water cisterns and caves.it is built on a hill called Murumbadevi Dongar.
Visapur Fort
Visapur Fort is one of the best treks to do in monsoon and offers majestic view perched at a height of 3556ft.You will find ruins of large stone built house which is also known as Peshwas's palace.The steps have a layer of water on them during the monsoons making it seem like a waterfall staircase.
