Terms & conditions

• The mic.n.mehfil, the jamoora hereinafter will be referred to as ‘the organisers’’.
• The organisers reserves the right to recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the organisers, the event venue or any other participants as a result of your conduct at the event or failure to comply with these terms. In such circumstances, a participant shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees.
• Payment in full of any applicable fees for the event is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, the organisers may refuse entry to the event.
• The organisers is not liable or responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility of our technology with your systems.
• The organisers shall not liable or responsible for any delay, disruption or disturbance in the performance arising due to your internet or problems caused by your internet service provider or for any telecommunications failures which are beyond our control.
• In this clause, “force majeure” means circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control and which are reasonably likely to affect the successful delivery of the event or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for us to host the event or perform our obligations under these terms.
• If, as a result of force majeure, the organisers cancels the event, the organisers shall use its reasonable endeavours to either (a) reschedule the event; or (b) switch the event to another venue.
• If the organisers is unable to reschedule the event in accordance with section 7, it shall refund the participant fees as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 20 days from the date of notice of cancellation.
• Without prejudice to the organisers’s obligation to refund any fees to participants, the organisers accepts no liability and shall pay no compensation where the performance of its obligations is made impracticable, illegal or impossible by or as a result of force majeure.
• The organisers has the right and permission to click photos and capture videos in the course of the event.
• The organisers is given the right and permission to use any and all images, both photographic prints and digital images and videos for promotional purposes only. You release the organisers, event manager and its legal representatives from all claims and liability relating to said photographs, videos or other recording media.there shall be no expiration period for this permission.
•  the attendee is sole responsible for their belongings. The organisers , the event management and the event venue will not be liable for any loss, damages to your personal belongings.
• The organisers prohibits harassment, in any form, whether verbal, physical or sexual, if any attendee is found in violation of this section he/she will be handed over to the authorities. (applicable as per the indian laws)
• The organisers prohibits carrying or using of any and all drugs defined under narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances act, 1985. If any attendee is found in violation of this term he/she will be handed over to the authorities.
• The organisers prohibits carrying any form of arms and ammunition as defined under the arms act 1959, if any attendee is found in violation of this section, he/she will be handed over to the authorities.
• All terms & conditions will be deemed to be agreed and accepted once the registration to the event is done, whether online or offline.
• The organisers reserves the right to refuse entry by any participant to event or to remove any participant from an event or block them from an event without any liability for any reason and at its sole discretion.
