We are happy to announce our 3days Online Yoga Retreat.
In this retreat we will be learning Surya Namaskar and asanas to improve overall functioning of the body.
We will be focusing on simple breathing practices and pranayma practices to improve lungs capacity, boost immunity and enhance energy levels.
Every evening we will be having bhajan Sandhya, meditation and lectures by experts.
