So here I am announcing my second workshop on the functionality of hip joints- FLEXIBLE HIPS: All Yin for Healthy Hips.

Workshop Content:
*30min Theory: Explaining how Yin works, brief anatomy of hips & how necessary Yin practice is for hips.
*60min Practice: Guiding you to flow through a strong & soothing Yin flow targeting the hips.

Regulations:
*Who can - ALL LEVEL practitioners are welcome.
*Who can't - People with ongoing/history of injury/medical condition.
*What's needed - You & your mat + a bolster/a thick blanket. .
