Infinite Adventure Club invites you to be a part of this "experience of a lifetime" tour to Hampi with a bunch of fun cultured and travel & culture obsessed co-travelers.

"Holi in Hampi" is an experiential journey offered by Infinite Adventure club to capture the magical essence of Hampi during the festival of holi, through shared experiences of its heritage, culture, natural landscapes and narratives.

There’s undoubtedly something mystical about Hampi. A sense of surrealism and timelessness in its mesmerising boulder strewn landscape, interspersed by enchanting ruins and temples.

The tour is but an attempt to unravel the mystique and soak in the magic of the place, through arts and music, explorations and gatherings. As you embark on this enthralling experience, get ready to be thoroughly transformed.

Itinerary:-

9th March 2020

9 AM to 11 AM : All the participants are request to report at HAMPI TEMPLE OR HAMPI BAZAR STREET (PARTICIPAINTS WHO COMES BY TRAIN ARE REQUESTED TO GET DOWN AT HOSPET STATION AND TAKE LOCAL TRANSPORT TO REACH HAMPI BAZAR)

Note:- Most of the networks wont work in Hippi Island we request you to save these 2 locations in your offline maps in case you miss us you can come directly to the campsite after crossing the river.

11.30 AM : Reach boating area to cross the river, Boating will be self sponsored after crossing the river reach camp site.

11. AM : Reach camp site fresh up and break fast

12pm to 6pm : Local Site seeing

7 PM to 1 AM : Join the local villages in celebrating the kamdhahan

1:30 Pm : Reach the camp site and Rest in the camping tents

Day 10th March 2019

8:00 Am : break fast
9:00 Am : 12 pm: Celebrate the Holi fest rally with the groups
1pm : Reach the River & take a dip in the water
2pm to 5pm : Site seeing
5:30: Reach the boating point to cross the river.
6.00 pm : Start Back to Hyd.

You can also come in your own transport

Note:-
1. Participants should be above 18 years old.
2. There will be Restrooms 100 meters away from the campsite in the campsite.
3. Participants are expected to follow Organizers/facilitators instructions.
4. Trip will be commenced only when the group size is above 20members in case of hyd to hyd package

Guidelines:
Most of us may not be serious trekkers but all of us have equal responsibility in protecting our beloved earth. Infinite adventures earnestly request all its members to be socially responsible whilst the treks and avoid any littering, shouting when in wild or causing anything that would disturb the normal ecology. Try to avoid plastics as much as possible.

Things to Carry:
Bluetooth speaker & Camera if you have one.
Sandals/shoes that you are most comfortable with.
Backpack/rucksack
Water bottles (2 liters each individual)
Torchlight
Sleeping bag ( two bed sheets if you don't have a mat or sleeping bag)
Spare set of clothes, Winter wear.

Only 18+ allowed. Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.

People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by High Ape and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
