Hampi, a village and a temple town in Karnataka is one of the most historically rich places. Listed under the UNESCO World Heritage Site, this city was also at one point, the richest city in the world when it was in its peak. As per statistics of the year 2014, Hampi is said to be the most searched places of Karnataka online.

Badami is truly famous for its Cave Temples that date back to the 6th and 7th centuries. Located at Badami in Bagalkot district of Karnataka, Cave Temples represent the fine architectural style of ancient times. Badami is acknowledged for being the ancient kingdom of Chalukyas. Made out of Sandstone hills, Badami Cave Temples boast of rock-cut architecture.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 0 (Thursday)

1) We say bye to Namma Bengaluru at around 10 PM.
(Please have a light dinner. We don’t want you to starve!)
2) Our experienced organizers will keep you engaged with fun ice breaker session, a great way to bond with your fellow travellers.
3) Next up? Good rest required for the adventure in waiting!

Day 1 (Friday)

1) Reach the homestay at Hampi in the morning to a steaming hot cup of coffee.
2) Freshen up and have a delicious, authentic breakfast.
3) Depart from the homestay and cross the Tungabhadra River on a boat.
4) Grab a cycle and Start the Heritage Cycle tour in Hampi which concentrates on the architecture and history of Vijayanagara Empire that will be explained by a certified guide who will accompany us.
5) Have a traditional lunch (Unlimited)
6) Continue the cycle ride exploring some more beautiful monuments till evening.
7) Again take a boat ride to cross the river.
8) Freshen up and gather around the campfire to tea and piping hot snacks (if weather permits).
9) Warm up, indulge in activities, or dance the evening away, hosted by our fun-experts.
10) Explore and chill at the shacks in Hampi and have dinner (Self-sponsored)
11) Sleep like a baby at our overnight stay in rooms/tents.

Note:
i) A support vehicle shall be called at the earliest during the cycle ride, in case there is any issue or emergency for backup.
ii) Also before the start of the ride all the cycles will be checked for condition of the cycle, saddle height, brakes etc.
iii) Some of the marvelous monuments visited during the cycle tour are: Virupaksha Temple, Vittala Temple, Stone Chariot, Hazara Rama Temple, Elephant Stables, Royal Enclosure, Lotus Mahal, Hampi Bazaar, Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, Ganesha Temple etc

Day 2 (Saturday)

1) Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy an early morning breakfast.
2) Start the journey to Badami.
3) Return Badami in the afternoon and have sumptuous lunch (Unlimited on Food Menu)
4) Visit the most famous cave temples in Badami.
5) A certified guide will explain the beautiful architecture of the cave temples.
6) Enjoy the beautiful sunset in Badami Lake.
7) Freshen up at a nearby hotel and reach our secluded campsite.
8) Experience raw camping with a view of the stary night.
9) Warm up, indulge in activities, or dance the evening away, hosted by our fun-experts.
10) Enjoy bonfire followed by dinner.
11) Sleep like a baby at our overnight stay in tents.

Note:
i) Accommodation in tents will be on sharing basis.

Day 3 (Sunday)

1) Wake up early in the morning and get set to experience the thrill of rappelling with all safety gears along with professional instructors.
2) Freshen up at the hotel room after the adventure sport.
2) Have Breakfast and start the return journey to Bengaluru.
3) Have delicious lunch and dinner (both Unlimited on Food Menu) enroute.
4) Reach Namma Bengaluru in the night around 11:30 PM with memories of a lifetime!

i) All adventure activities will be carried out under the supervision of trained professionals. We request everyone not to try any activities without the consent of the instructors.

COVID-19 Safety & Guidelines:
Before the event:
1) Only register for the event if you don’t have any symptoms of COVID-19 from the past 14 days.
2) Try to avoid crowded places as much as possible once you register for the event.
3) If you develop COVID-19 symptoms after registering for the event, please do not join the event.
4) MW organizers will be checked for temperature and any symptoms of COVID-19 before joining the tour.
5) Age should be in the range of 18-48 years to join the event.

During the event:
1) Participants will be checked for their body temperature and pulse rate before the start of the event. Anyone with a fever/flu like symptoms, temperature and pulse rate above/below the average range will not be allowed to join the trip.
2) Meals during the journey will be provided at a good and hygienic restaurant. Participants may carry their own plate/lunch box/spoon for all meals provided during the trip.
3) Participants are expected to sanitize themselves regularly and wear masks at all possible times.
4) Avoid interaction with other groups or people outside of the event group.
5) If a participant develops COVID-19 symptoms during the journey, only the that person will be isolated, taken to a nearest hospital and arrangements for to return will be made. No one will be allowed to accompany that person.
6) Valid ID proof to be carried.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. If the notice is received more than 20 days prior to the event, 100% of the event amount paid will be refunded.
2. If the notice is received up to 20 days prior to the event, 50% of the event amount paid shall be refunded.
3. All cancellation requests made 5 days prior or on the day of the event, no refund will be made.
4. No refund will be made for any type of cancellation if partial payment is done.
