This New Year Package is inclusive of transportation between Bengaluru-Gokarna and back, stay at cozy beach-stays, local style food options, New Year party on the Gokarna coast and a lot more perks.

NOTES

Transportation B/W Bengaluru-Gokarna and back is inclusive in the price.
All transfers will be on a Mini Bus with Push Back Seats.
Accommodation will be at our Beautiful Beachside Homestay on a sharing basis.
Food will be a well-curated menu of various cuisines.
Starting on the night of Sunday 29 December 2019, we'll be back in Bangalore on the night of Wednesday, January 1, 2020.

SCHEDULE

DAY 0 -SUNDAY 29 DECEMBER 2019

Depart from Bangalore on Sunday Night. Get picked up from various designated points in the city.

DAY 1-MONDAY 30 DECEMBER 2019

Reach Gokarna in the morning.
Freshen up. Eat breakfast.
Go on a beach hike and explore Gokarna.
Hike to Paradise Beach which lives up to its name.
Take in the picturesque landscape of land on one side and beach on the other.
Visit Om Beach by lunchtime. Chill at Om Beach for a while.
Reach Kudle Beach before sunset, spend time at the beach and have some fun.
Head back to our beach resort by night. Eat Dinner and chill.
Chill at the campsite or indulge in some conversation or music sessions with fellow travelers.

DAY 2 -NEW YEAR EVE=TUESDAY 31 DECEMBER 2019

Wake up on the last day of 2019 at your own time.
Get some breakfast.
If you'd like to explore Gokarna at your own pace on the 31st, be our guest.
Visit Mirjan fort in the afternoon.
Be back at Kudle beach or Gokarna Beach by lunchtime. Chill or play at the beach for some time.
Watch the last sunset of 2019 and be prepared for the night.
Back to the beach resort.
Get some dinner to fuel up for the night.
Freshen up, loosen up and go at it all night.
Countdown to the New Year.
Sky Lantern Ceremony and Firework show.
Music goes on all night. The party goes on all night.

DAY 3- FIRST DAY OF A BRAND NEW YEAR-WEDNESDAY 01 JANUARY 2020

Wake up in the morning if you did go to sleep
Freshen up and have some good breakfast
Pack everything up, get ready and Laze around the campsite or go for a dip in the beach.
Leave for Vibhooti Falls by noon
Relax and chill at the waterfalls for sometime
Grab some late lunch on the way back
Reach Bangalore by night and end this amazing adventure.

Terms & Conditions

All our arrangements are very basic, neat and top-notch but not luxurious.
Our accommodations are many times. Sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, room with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
Weather conditions, wildlife movements, permission changes are not in our hand, often we are forced to change the itinerary, distance or place. But if for some reason we cancel the event we offer a 100% refund to all the participants.
You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.
We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to way back, Nammatrip do not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol is banned at certain places. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Consumption/Distribution of any kind of Narcotics is banned. If found indulging in such acts, patrons will be removed from the roster immediately and no refund will be provided.
If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
High Ape is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
Being only a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.
