Day 0 – Departure from Bengaluru

Travel from Bangalore to Coorg in a private non-AC Tempo Traveller/Bus (pushback seats)
Overnight journey for a comfortable travel experience

Day 1 – Coorg Sightseeing

Check-in at the stay and freshen up
Breakfast (self-sponsored)
Mandalpatti Peak – Off-road jeep ride (Jeep charges not included)
Abbey Falls – Witness the stunning white water cascades
Madikeri Fort – Explore the historical site
Lunch break around 2:00 PM (self-sponsored)

Non-AC Transportation: Travel in a comfortable and hygienic Tempo Traveler (or similar) suitable for group departures. Available for sightseeing as per the itinerary.
Breakfast: Included on Day 1 and Day 2 to keep you energized for the trip.
Dinner: Enjoy a delicious dinner on Day 1 to unwind after a day of exploration.
Experienced Driver / Certified Guide: Travel with a knowledgeable driver or guide ensuring safety and insightful travel experiences.
Sightseeing: Visit Coorg’s top attractions as per the planned itinerary.
Comfortable Stay: Accommodation on a sharing basis in cozy rooms.

Exclusions:

Sightseeing Entry Charges: Entry fees for specific sightseeing locations are not included and must be paid separately.
Additional Adventure / Water Activities: Any activities beyond those mentioned in the itinerary will be at an additional cost.
Lunch on All Days: Participants need to self-sponsor lunch throughout the trip.
Dinner on Day 2: The package includes dinner on Day 1, but dinner on Day 2 is not covered.
Personal Expenses: Shopping, snacks, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses are not included.
Anything Not Mentioned in the Inclusions: Any additional services or costs not listed in the inclusions must be borne individually.

ID Proof: (Aadhar or any other government-issued ID) – Please carry a valid identification document.
Reusable Water Bottles: Carry at least 2 litres of water to stay hydrated during the trip.
Clothes: Pack clothing for two days and an extra set of clothes for any unexpected changes in weather conditions.
Sunscreen and Sunglasses: Protect yourself from sun exposure with sunscreen and sunglasses.
Cap/Hat: A cap or hat can provide added protection from the sun.

Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol is not allowed from outside to the event. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.

In certain circumstances, HighApe reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. In such cases, the customer will be provided full refund for the ticket within 7-10 working days.
