Our program is a unique badminton-based fitness solution for adults to improve their racquet-wielding skills & achieve that elusive fitness with our expert coaches.

With dedicated drills to improve the game & fitness in every session, personal attention on your posture correction and progress reports, you are sure to master the skill of badminton in a month.

The training focuses on:-
1. Better hand-eye coordination: Every coaching session includes hand-eye coordination fundamentals.
2. Improved Flexibility & Range of Motion: Stretching is a critical part of any athletic routine. We know that.
3. Correct Footwork Application:We'll help your player apply proper footwork to his/her complete game. Improve foot-eye coordination and footwork through these drills
4. Improved Decision-Making Abilities: Brain teasers and strategy are a part of any game, including badminton.

Please Note:
1. Students have to bring their own badminton and should come in Sports attire for playing.
2. Students must wear NON-MARKING shoes to the court.
3. Don't worry, if you do not have them. You can rent accessories or shoes from the center at an hourly price.

About the Host: Yadav Prasad Academy - Yadav Prasad Academy has been teaching at Namma Shuttle for more than four years under the vision of Yadav Prasad who is a National Level Badmiton Player (still playing) and has been playing for more than 11 years now. He has a strong fleet of experienced coaches who focus on small teacher-student ratio.
