Day 01 : Arrive Phuentsholing On Arrival At Bhutan’s Frontier Town, Phuentsholing, Received By Our Representative And Check Into The Hotel. The Town Of Phuentsholing Is The Gateway For Travelers Entering Bhutan By Road. A Thriving Commercial Centre On The Northern Edge (West Bengal) Of The Indian Plains, Phuenthsoling Is Situated Directly At The Himalayan Foothills. This Town Is Fascinating Mixture Of Indian And Bhutanese, A Perfect Example Of Mingling Of People And Their Culture. Meals - Dinner
Day 02 : Phuentsholing - Thimphu (180km, Approx. 6 Hours Drive) After A Delicious Breakfast At The Hotel. After Immigration Proceed Towards Thimphu, We Stop Our Journey On The Way To See And Feel The Bhutan Himalayan Scenery. On The Way, We Will Reach The Highest Point Of About 2800m/9,185ft. Leisure Time In The Evening For Shopping. Overnight Stay In Thimphu. Meals - Breakfast And Dinner
Day 03 : Thimphu To Punakha Day Excursion, Later Back To Thimphu After Breakfast Drive To Punakha. On The Way Stop At Dochula-Pass (3150 Mts.) A Beautiful Mountain Pass, Which Is About 20 Km From Thimphu Is A Concentration Of 108 Memorial Stupas Known As “Druk Wangyal Chortens”. Visit Punakha Dzong - Built In 1637 By Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. For Many Years Until The Time Of The Second King, It Served As The Seat Of The Government. Punakha Suspension Bridge: It Is One Of The Longest And Oldest Suspension Bridges Of The Scenically Blessed Kingdom, Bhutan Built Above Po Chhu River. Evening At Leisure In Thimphu City Centre. Also Explore The Local Crafts Bazaar, To Browse Through Example Of Bhutan's Fine Traditional Arts. Meals - Breakfast And Dinner
Day 04 : Thimphu Local Sightseeing And Transfer To Paro After Breakfast Proceed For Local Sightseeing, Buddha Dordenma Statue, A Place For Refreshing With A Huge Statue Of Buddha On The Top Of The Kuensel Phodrang, The National Memorial Chorten Stupas: The Chorten Or Stupa Was Built In The Memory Of The Third King. Takin Zoo: The National Animal Of Bhutan Can Be Seen Here. Changangkha Lhakhang: This Structure Dates Back To The 15th Century And Is One Of The Oldest In The Region. Simply Bhutan Museum: Projects Is A Living Museum And A Photo Studio. You Get To Experience The Traditions And Household Rituals Of Bhutan In This Museum. Conclude The Day’s Sightseeing With Visit Of Trashichhoedzong, Or ‘the Fortress Of The Glorious Religion’. This Is One Of The Most Impressive Buildings Situated Along The Right Flank Of The Thimphu River Built In 1641 By Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel Who Unified Bhutan And Was Later Reconstructed In 1962 By The Third King His Majesty Jigme Dorji Wangchuk. This Impressive Fortress/Monastery Houses Secretariat Building, The Throne Room Of His Majesty, The King And Various Government Offices. Meals- Breakfast And Dinner
Day 05 : Paro Tiger Nest Hiking After Breakfast Excursion To Taktshang Monastery (Approx. 5 Hours Round Trip Walk): It Is One Of The Most Famous Of Bhutan’s Monasteries, Perched On The Side Of A Cliff 900m Above The Paro Valley Floor. It Is Said That Guru Rinpoche Arrived Here On The Back Of A Tigress And Meditated At This Monastery And Hence It Is Called ‘tiger’s Nest’. This Site Has Been Recognised As A Most Sacred Place And Visited By Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal In 1646 And Now Visited By All Bhutanese At Least Once In Their Lifetime. Day 06 : Paro – Siliguri After Breakfast, Have Your Breakfast In The Morning And Get Ready To Start Your Return Journey.You Will Board Your Transfers And Start A Beautiful Return Road Journey. Enjoy This Road Journey And Cross Phuetnsholing To Reach India. Reach Siliguri By Evening, Check-In To The Hotel And Rest For The Day. Overnight Stay In Siliguri. Meals - Breakfast
